Visited with my wife and two sons for dinner right after returning from Pisa. We ordered the BBQ, a bottle of Chianti, Kimchi-jjigae, and Naengmyeon. The food was excellent across the board, and the Korean side dishes as always were particularly impressive, both in presentation and taste. ​What stood out most was the service. Our server, she was highly attentive and professional, ensuring a seamless experience for our family. Grazie !! ​The pricing is on the higher side by the way but it feels justified given the quality after all, we’re in Florence. I believe it’s exactly the kind of place you’d feel confident bringing guests to for a proper, high-end Korean dining experience. A very reliable and professional spot ..

Authentic Korean food at reasonable price. Food was good, staffs were friendly and interior deco was interesting, but a little too dark. If you want to taste real Korean dishes, this is a good place.

Best meal in Florence!! Everything we ordered were soooo good, the meat, pancake and Kimchi stew. The staff grilled the meat for us and shared how the meat can be paired with different seasonings. Service was good too and definitely recommend this place! Restaurant is filled so best to come early :)

Enjoy a good authentic Korean BBQ meal here at Hallasan! The food & service was great and impeccable. Pricing is a little on the high side but you get really good quality meats & dishes. Laura helped to BBQ & cook the meats for us and taught us how to eat them. When we asked for the “authentic” kimchi (which is more spicy and sour), they served us immediately! Would definitely recommend!

My GOODNESS!!! The meat is so tender. The sides are perfect with a great verity. I'm from LA in California, I've had great top quality KBBQ many times. This place tops or. I'm serious. Crazy that the best I've had is in itally. Wish I could come back!

This was an amazing experience! Great quality food and superb service from Andy and his staff. First Korean BBQ I see with coal (instead of gas) way better taste. They even help you prepare the food and recommend how to eat it for an explosion of flavors. We came from Mexico and stayed 5 days in Florence, we just had to go eat here 5 days in a row, that's how good it is =). This became my favorite restaurant ever! We had an outstanding Korean BBQ lunch in Florence. The marinated and non-marinated beef were both excellent - perfectly tender and flavorful. The meal came with a generous variety of Korean side dishes, all freshly made and full of authentic taste. Our waiter was fantastic, guiding us through the cooking process, helping to grill and cut the meat, and suggesting how to combine the flavors for the best experience. It was one of the most delicious and enjoyable meals we’ve had in Florence, highly recommended!

my wife and I have experienced Korean cuisine across the world, from humble local establishments to Michelin recognized restaurants, including many exceptional meals in Korea itself. As my wife is Korean, we are deeply familiar not only with the cuisine, but also with Korean hospitality and business culture. Against all expectations, one of the finest Korean BBQ experiences we have ever had was in Hallasan in Florence. The quality of the food was outstanding, rivaling the very best we have encountered globally, and the level of service was truly world class. Our waiter, Andy, exemplified exceptional hospitality. His attentiveness was matched by a warm, personal touch and a worldly professionalism that elevated the entire dining experience. This was not simply a meal, but a memory we will carry with us. We will remember this evening for a very long time. Thank you Andy.
